I’ve been trying to find a lot of me time recently and it hasn’t been the easiest when I’ve been at work everyday for 9 hours, 6 days a week. I feel slightly suffocated when I’m around the same people 24/7, it can be hard to be patient with different people, as we are all trying to get to know each other still. I am only 2 months in to my contract and it’s been hard to let people in bit by bit when i know i have to spend the next 18 months with them. It’s always natural to make a closer bond with a couple of people, as its human. I think it’s important to stick to those natural connections and surround yourself with those people who you feel closer with because they will keep you smiling. I also think it’s important to keep that effort with the rest of your employees because it is polite and it should really not affect your own energy.I learnt that i need to make sure i do a couple of things a week that keep me in track with myself, even if its spread out during the week and i go for that coffee date or cinema trip to just forget about work and zone out. I realised i really neeeed this! We all need to just find that calm in all of the drama in our crazy life. Ah, i read about our every day shower can be therapeutic, as in we rush and make getting ready just a casual routine and it’s always rushed for us to get out of the house. But if you really try to make sure you make enough time to enjoy your shower and get ready, with some music in the background, feeling the water against your skin. Showering should be therapeutic, make it part of the day where you just you can’t wait to shower or bathe. Make it a breather for you to wake yourself up or to wind you down after a long day. Showering should be one of your favourite times of the day!I bought a rose quartz crystal and a dream catcher last week sunday. The rose quartz represents unconditional love and self-love, so I’m trying to really work on self-love this year by just really appreciating who i am and realising that i am beautiful and sexy. I mean I found it very strange to even write that down. So, women there is always a start, get that pen and paper and write it down. See how you feel, say it aloud and see how you feel. We have to work on actually feeling it without becoming arrogant, but single ladies once you embrace that beauty you will find your match. Surprisingly it all goes down hill again when you get into relationships because you want to just impress your partner naturally and be that sexy lady, but that is all just your natural thoughts starting going crazy. Just stay calm because your man is with you because you are sexy and beautiful, embrace it with your partner. Walk around him with a smile and shake that booty whilst you walk, he will always be happy if you are, End of!I was browsing around the shops with my friend and decided to just buy clothes to go out that night; this is not the first time I’ve just bought clothes there and then and changed in the changing rooms for the night, we was in decent clothes but we wanted something to wear straight away to hit the bars. Please tell me, we are not the only ones who have done this? So we got some bottles and then went back to hers to get ready and then we didn’t even leave the house!!! Hilarious, we just sat there drinking and chatting to her house mate. It was so perfect, with our favourite tunes in the background. So women, always go with the flow because now i have a spare sexy outfit ready for a cheeky night out. I feel this is going to be the norm whilst travelling, Woopsy!We need to get out more often. Last week was so challenging for my colleagues and myself. I had to really try to not let unhappy people around me affect my own happy bubble. When doing a new project we always tend to find the faults in the good things we manage to complete and keep telling ourself that we aren’t good enough yet because we just want to do our best. We always want the best results straight away, especially as a performer i think our directors and creatives always expect to see the best of best results right away otherwise they can’t see their own work, that’s why it’s a little tricky for dancers as we have to make sure once we have learnt something, we then have to remember it and do it right away after being taught. I think our creatives do know it will take us time but most performers end up constantly trying to impress them instead of believing that their 100% is enough. Eventually we all tend to put ourselves down when we seem to just mess the little things up, which is natural. I feel we shouldn’t get so wound up about it because in the end the show will open and we will all be amazing, everything always falls into place if you have given your full commitment. When you know you are working hard enough and doing what you need to do best, then everything is going to be okay. So what if you get given notes or feedback, you need it! It will help you to be better. Try to look at how other amazing people around you work and try to take little things from them that you love and put it into your practice, we all learn from talented people, because these are the people who motivate us. I’m working with kids at the moment and their enthusiasm is insane, these kids are little ninjas and sometimes i think they can handle situation 10 times better than we do because they are happy with what they are doing. They are an inspiration to watch, they just go for it without any thinking or stress. Kids will always live in the moment.
I feel like all we need is an extra day of work to get some head space. Go and watch some theatre and tell me if you enjoyed it. Performers always tend to want to move and emotionally connect with out audiences and without an audience we don’t get to do what we do best. I watched ‘Five Guys Named Moe‘ last week with a few of my friends in it, and i just couldn’t stop singing, laughing and dancing all night, if you want a good night out with a couple of friends, this is the show to go for. I had two-day weekend for the first time and i watched ‘Harry Potter And The Cursed Child‘, it was insaneeee! The play takes you to another place you have never felt before; with constant awe and amazement; it was like I wasn’t watching a play but i was in fact watching a film live in action because it was so graphic. Please find some time and a friend to go watch this show, its indescribable. Harry Potter is a two-part show, so do expect a long but worth it day or you can just watch the first and second part different days. Your choice! So when you find that extra day off work, instead of doing those annoying house chores, get out and go and watch a show in the West end! I have to promote what i do because i don’t put in this much hard work in for no reason.

Train delays. You’ve been annoying.
TfL have been awful this week and the funny thing is, we can’t doing anything about it. We just have to accept that we will be late for work but i can always see the stress in everyone’s faces. Everyone who was on my tube is most likely to be late as-well, so technically we are never alone. I’m so happy I had 9 hours sleep some nights, also my body is dying from head to toe from the amazing routines I’ve learnt for the show this week. I always know when I can’t sit on the toilet seat with out holding on to something that i have worked hard. It’s been an intense week for me with rehearsals, I’ve been wearing my sports wear all week! Yesterday my anxiety was really high and when it is i always want to blame it on the contraceptive pill; that plays with our hormones; because we shouldn’t really be putting that into our bodies but we all do anyway, Ha! It’s so not good for our hormones (slight breakdown). I realised i just needed more food and more rest because my body needed fuel to keep me strong whilst working out more than it’s used to. So always remember that when you get emotional make sure you eat a massive meal, have some tea and sleep!!!! Please beauty queens, before you have a BREAKDOWN. Diva in the house.
I hate when i stress about little things in advance before the event has even happened or trying to work out a situation that isn’t even there. Why am i making up the worst scenario/Hollywood movie in my head, when nothing has even happened yet. I’m always planning on the worst stuff to happen. Why do i care so much, when nothing has even happened? I seem we all can tend to just make up situations in our head when that wasn’t exactly what happened, we over analyse every step and moment! I need to just leave it at where it is because in the end no one actually cares, only i do. Even my body, i was comparing myself to others all week, as most of us do as performers, we tend to always be looking for that ”dancer body’ or we assume we wont get hired for a job, that’s all rubbish! No one actually really cares about size, they just want to see our talent, but once we believe in ourself truly, they’re not even looking for that. Of course for performers it is casted our looks; that makes it harder for us; to make sure everyone looks good together as a company, but that’s not our issue to worry about and the next job will be round the corner.
Lets take a breath this weekend and forget our everything. Lets just live and eattttt!!!!

I’m so excited to get wearing these during my rehearsals, the snake-skin print leggings blend in with my skin tone and I’m soooo impressed with the quality of them. I’ve always loved a Bershka running leggings, I’ve had a pair for 2 year and they’ve lasted so long! The quality must be good to last as long as that! So excited to get dancing around in these. Who doesn’t love a print!?
Yes yes yes to black! If you don’t know what to wear, choose black! This is 100% a sexy number, if you are brave enough get this outfit on with some black skinny jeans. This outfit is for a night out to a date night with your loved one/friends. Always nice to change things up. I love a bell sleeve and an off shoulder!

I’ve got the mood lighting on and the ‘Calm Vibes’ playlist on from Spotify playing. I love Spotify, it just has every genre of music i love. Music cures my heart! I’m sure it cures yours as well, i would 100% recommend Spotify if you don’t have it already. After a long but short day at work (week 2), I’ve now manage to eat; do some extra work bits at home; and now its time to settle the mind. I think its important in the evenings to clear any bad or negative energies that passed your way. Remind yourself It’s not worth it focusing your energies on the wrong thing. Will you care 5 months later? eh NO! I forget sometimes a long bath or shower; as soon as you get in; with music and candles can really calm/wind you down for the rest evening. I’ve still got a lush bath bomb i got as a gift from a lovely friend this christmas to use, so i think its smart this weekend to try one out for the first time. They look amazing, but i do find that lush fragrances are a little too strong for me. I prefer a warm, soft, vanilla fresh and camomile fragrances. They do say taking a bath does pull you out of the world and gives you that personal space you always try to catch from our hectic lives. So try bathing more often, i do prefer showers but I’m going to try bathing more. Get those candles burning, they naturally represent life and if you actually watch a candle it shows you how simple life works and how calm we can just be. But still powerful to touch.

I love to read and i would always recommend people to find styles of books that suit them or would make them want to read more. I’ve just received this book from a friend called ‘How To Be Calm’ by Anna Barnes. It’s full of colourful, bright and warm pages that instantly make smile. The book is full of fun quotes and ideas about keeping yourself calm and letting go of your anxiety. Most of the ideas you probably know already, but a reminder is always helpful. Some of her suggestions relate to normal things we do in the day, but I didn’t really realise little things we naturally do can actually be so calming and relaxing. At times i like to read motivational books but i do find it gets my brain thinking too much when i want to wind down so this book is perfect. I love thriller and romance books as-well, i might pick up a fashion book next week actually! Switch it up.

Saturday morning on my way to work a stranger walks by and says ‘Good Morning’ with a gentle smile and gives me a lovely compliment. How beautiful is that? Early in the week a women also exchange smiles with me and complimented my sparkly nails! I need to start my mornings like that on the way to work more often. I just felt instantly positive and it put me in the right mind set for the rest of the day, especially when you’re tired. Compliments just make you feel that little extra special. So tomorrow throw around a few smiles and compliments and see how you feel. Not everyone loves working on a Saturday, but the day does fly by quickly because we’re all looking forward to the evening stuck by the bar with all the alcohol!!
As they say time does fly by when you’re having fun. I’ve had the best week so far and it’s the first week of January, yay! Bring on the year, please. I’m so thankful for the energy of my company this year. It’s nice when you have a mature company to work with, who loves to work hard/enjoys what they are doing. We want a drama free year! Time is too short, so just prepare, work hard and you’re set for the rest of the year.
I’ve had some exciting ideas of things i want to do whilst touring, so i feel like i don’t just put all my energy on one thing. You know us women love to keep our hands busy. I also think you should try signing up or learning a few new skills.
Driving license – Yes, i still haven’t learnt yet. I just didn’t need too because i was always working in different places/countries, also there is so much public transport in London. I need to get it done regardless, its just something that will always come in handy in life. A friend and i discussed trying to learn whilst we are in different cities and take the test whilst when we are in more of a quiet city. I mean, I’ve heard taking your test in London isn’t the easiest at times. GOT TO GET IT DONE.
Taking up a fashion stylist online course – I’ve researched some courses online and I’ve found a decent priced course that looked extremely interesting. I’m not sure when i will sign up, but once i’ve paid i will just have to do it, right? I would always advise you to keep that brain busy, learning as many skills as you can because even if you think you have no other exciting skills, you do. You’re just sacred to do something new,different and exciting. Grow, its so important to always keep going. It’s the way of life.
Committing to a gym schedule – Most of you are most likely signed up to a gym but don’t actually go, or you go a couple of times a month and end up wasting money. That’s exactly what i did last year, i admit it. So this year, I’m thinking to join a gym that is all of the UK and is open 24 hours. The main thing about the gym is keeping to a schedule, giving myself 3 days a week to work out; that’s all you need; and then making sure i stick to those designated days so then it will just become a norm. Let’s commit.
That’s a few ideas that has been floating around in that crazy mind of mine and I’m sure you’ve had a few things you’ve wanted to do, but you just need to get down to actually doing it.
My collection choices.
The first two are from Asos and they are both completely different, of course. We have a press night at each of our venues on tour and I’m always looking for dresses. This is an option as its classic but still trendy and dark. The warm black velvet texture bringing that vampire feel out to the off the shoulder boob tube sexy look.
The snazzy jumper is too cool for school, the tiger details reminds me of the Gucci collection out at the moment, the two toned colours is what makes this jumper unique.Printed jumpers are so necessary.
Lastly, we have the monki new in collection two piece co-ord. The Metallic brave look. Can you dare to wear it? So shiny! The jumper is £30 and the leggings is £25. Definitely a way to enter 2018.

We all have times when we get really busy and we get a sudden rush of having to do a million of things at the same time. If you spread your work out; breath and take your time with everything; you will most likely get more things done than rushing, panicking and trying to get it done all at once. Really try to chill out and relax when you have a lot on your plate. One step at a time. Trust me, i put that into practice today and most likely the whole tour because i have to cover two main roles in the musical I’m doing (Matilda). Find that calm state you think you don’t have, especially as women as we have so much hormones running through our bodies. We don’t want an easy life.
I love people watching, especially on the tube or at coffee shops. People are so interesting and they all have their own story and individual life going on, it’s mad. Everyone on their own journey. I find it so therapeutic wondering what’s going on in their tiny little brains. We all look like robots sometimes when we pace about from door to door and totally forget to take our time to breathe in that air that surround us. I think everyone naturally feels tired in the morning, but why moan and depress ourself when we can just embrace it for what it is and then try to rest in the evening. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes I’m shattered but i got no where complaining and dwelling on it. So now, I’m really trying to find that relaxed state and just eating the right things when i feel this way. Even when i know i have some time to rest i think it will be wise to close my eyes for a couple of minutes and just be. Then your day off arrives and you can either start the day with your schedule and then get on that sofa and zone out for a bit. There is always time.
SMILE AND SIT BACK, NO ONE IS RUSHING YOU
We always have to be somewhere at certain at a time. I would say just set your alarm early or find a way where you can chill and do what’s best for you before you have to reach your destination/work. Just find a calm before you have to start challenging that amazing brain of ours. If I have to get up early i’m going to really try waking up earlier to put some good things in my body instead of rushing out without any fuel and starting work on an empty. Lets try to build and create our own life we want to live, really trying to be in control what we do instead of the way of life forcing us to get into that boring routine where we just end up all in a terrible mess.

Did You Make A New Year Wish?
So why did i think it was sensible to take a shot of spirit on New Year’s Day that contained 70% pure alcohol. Hahaha i have to laugh it off. I really want to make sure i post everyday. Lets all try and stick to something we put our minds too.
I was sitting in cologne airport and my flight was 1 hour and a half delayed on the 1st of December, as per with Ryan air. Everyday delays. This year I entered the year with out my family, but the warm welcome into the year with my partners family (my German family) it was so beautiful. Fireworks everywhere on the streets. Ive already made some really strong decisions today, and I’m feeling so content with everything. Life is so easy and simple. Lets not complicate the life we live. I can’t have everything i want at this time in moment but its okay, last year taught me a lot of lessons and now I’m here to put all those challenges to play. I start my new job tomorrow and reading the schedule for my rehearsals has got me feeling so appreciative of all my hard work. Every year I make new goals, and I’ve manage to accomplish every one. My one and only dream is to live with my man in germany and start a life. It’s simple, but yet not so simple, but i’m planning on just taking the risk and doing what i want for myself to make me happy.
Day one of rehearsals today, working for the royal Shakespeare’s company. It was a crazy but not too manic day, i’m super tired due to not getting much sleep. I was constantly rolling over thinking about my love and about starting this new journey. I’m going to have to meditate tonight to relax myself before i sleep, actually writing this blog is whining me right down. I’ve just gone over all the music we learnt today and it was so overwhelming, ahhh! There was so much information in one day that I literally can not think right now. I need water!! To keep that face fresh you have to drink so much water! You will surprised with how much drinking water makes your skin look fresh! My skin is awful at the moment from drinking way too much alcohol over the Christmas period, but I’ll say i had the best holiday break.
I reminded myself about staying patient today, it’s so important to stay calm and not to pull yourself down because you can’t get something right away. The only person rushing and forcing yourself is only yourself. It’s nice that you are so passionate but you shouldn’t put yourself down when you have only just mastered something, practice makes perfect and there is always time.

I love this Topshop whipstitch ‘love’ slogan jumper £39, something about this just i just love, especially with the added ‘love’ slogan on the sleeve is so cool and original.
Topshop sued country skirt £95, its real suede and can we risk it, i think so many of you beautiful women would look hot in this. It is short indeed but maybe for a night out or a romantic date. Change it up and get those legs out!
