I had a major anxiety melt down last night, it was so intense for my head. I think it’s all the Christmas alcohol I’ve been consuming (TBH). Does that mean I need to go on a detox Santa?
The main issue that hit me was the fact that I felt like it always me against the future. We always want to be in control of the future, don’t you? Is it not knowing the future freaking you out? Have a look at your life now and I bet its amazing. I woke up and looked back at my year; damn it was insane; now you have a look and appreciate all those amazing people you have met/ your career path. I have a real bad habit of wanting to control the future or trying to control too much of what’s going on now for the future; now I’ve had enough; It’s not healthy us living our lives like that and of course we all know this. But we all find a way of naturally fixating our brains on unnecessary thoughts. Lets sort this out.
I’m going to start back on my yoga/meditation practice and I’m going try make this my new habit. We need to find major body and mind hobbies that distract us from the stress at the back of our heads. We all have to remember everything is okay, and we control our own thoughts and not let control us.
Another way of not concentrating on the crazy life ahead of us is having a soul mate or lover. I came up with a theory that we only need two minds to survive; i was inspired by the film ‘the mountain between us’, please watch it! We need a soul mate or a companion to help us in each situation, we don’t have to suffer or be alone. There is always someone willing to help, and better to have at least one other person then having ten people trying to help. But usually we are born to get stronger each day by battling life situations by ourselves, but for those who suffer with inner issues and worries and stress. Just grab one hand to lean on. You will become stronger.
The main phrase that we should focus on is
EVERYDAY IS A NEW DAY
SO, forget about the drama you had yesterday and what was stressing you out. Focus on what you are going to do today, forget the negativity. You’ve just woken up with a new chance to start your life again how you would like to. You are in control!
